According to Chron.com, Microsoft's Bryan Lee, Corp. VP for Microsoft's Entertainment business will be meeting with the music industry. One outcome of the meeting could be to change the 3 plays or 3 days rule on the Zune.

At the meeting, the parties will evaluate consumer reaction to the Zune. It's possible that the 3 days/3 plays restriction could be changed.

"We're looking for the sweet spot" between content restrictions and consumer convenience, Lee said.
